the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.
The AV Rating is the highest possible rating given by LexisNexis
Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review for a lawyer and is established wholly on
a peer-review basis. The AV Preeminent designation signifies that Aaron has
been rated by Judges and fellow attorneys as having the highest possible
rating for legal abilities and ethical standards.

Aaron J. Emerson has been appointed
to the Governing Board of the American Academy of Commercial Law (AACL),
a Division of the
(LCA).
As a Co-Founder of the AACL within the
LCA, Aaron was tasked with the responsibility of establishing the Mission,
Purpose, and Charter of the AACL. The AACL is comprised of a limited and
select group of lawyers with a demonstrated and recognized level of excellence
in the area of commercial law.

of one percent of American lawyers. The purpose of the LCA is to recognize

2007 to local engineers and architects. Doug Hoffman, Aaron Emerson, and
Stacy Kooistra will be providing their expertise in the areas of contract
law, construction site safety, professional conduct and standards of care,
and compliance issues in the summer of 2007 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota,
for Half Moon, LLC, a Wisconsin-based company specializing in providing
continuing education services to professionals. Attending engineers and
architects will receive education credits for the scheduled seminar. |
