Mike Billion has been a partner with
Myers & Billion, LLP since 1996. His primary areas of practice are tax
planning, representation before the Internal Revenue Service, and tax litigation.
Mike is current in his licensure as a CPA and has practiced as a CPA since

Mike has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Chemistry from St. Johns University and attended Law School and the graduate
school of business at the University of South Dakota where he obtained a
JD (1974) and a MBA (1975). He joined Henry Scholten & Co., Certified
Public Accountants in 1976 and was admitted to the partnership in 1978.
He practiced with Henry Scholten &
Co. until 1990, and practiced tax law with the law firm of Woods, Fuller,
Schultz & Smith prior to joining Myers & Billion, LLP.
